Arguments over the management plan in gated developments

A practical note: Where several blocks in a large development are under one management, how the expenses are shared between blocks is set out in the management plan. An obligation to contribute to a facility that is not in your own block (an indoor pool, a gym) arises only if the management plan so provides.

Which courthouse will your case be heard in?
