What is Action to Set Aside an Objection?

The action brought by the creditor to resume enforcement that was stayed by an objection to the payment order.

It must be brought within one year of the objection being served on the creditor. It is heard in the ordinary courts and may be proved by any kind of evidence. If it succeeds, the proceedings resume where they left off and damages for denial of enforcement may be awarded against the debtor.
