What is Release?
The document in which an employee declares that no claims remain outstanding against the employer.
To be valid it must be drawn up at least one month after the date of termination, must state the types and amounts of the entitlements clearly, and the payment must have been made through a bank. A release that does not meet these conditions is invalid.
