The building registration certificate. A certificate obtained under the zoning amnesty does not make the building licensed; there are limits on establishing condominium ownership, on alterations and on rebuilding. Its scope should be read before purchase.

A practical note: Flood and frost damage occurring in winter at holiday homes gives rise to arguments over responsibility between the site management and the owner. The management is responsible for damage from the common installations and the owner for damage from the installations inside the unit; an expert determination settles that distinction.
